Beetroot recipe for diseases of the urinary tract and gallbladder, including stones and sand:

option 1

Boil 3 medium red beets in their skins in 1.5 liters of water over low heat for 90 minutes. Strain the juice resulting from boiling and keep in the refrigerator. Consume 150 ml of it 30 minutes before meals, 3 times a day.

variant 2

Eat 2 slices of beets in the morning before breakfast 30 minutes.

variant 3

Consume 30 ml of freshly squeezed beetroot juice 30 minutes before breakfast.

CAREFUL:

- seek the consent of your doctor

- diabetics and others banned from eating beets will not use these recipes

- do not exceed the recommended amounts as beetroot is very strong and may cause side effects

- if there are kidney problems, at the beginning of consumption of beets, the urine will be strongly colored red. As the kidneys "cleanse", the urine will return closer to its normal color (the red color will diminish).

- repeat the cycle until healing is achieved
